Today it’s a strikingly contemporary and quietly luxurious boutique hotel, making the most of the contrast between its colorful modernist-inspired interiors and its atmospheric historical architecture. The location on the island of Södermalm is central and lively, while the restaurant and bar — including a fairly lavish breakfast spread — make the Frantz a perfectly self-sufficient experience.
