None of the Cyclades is an undiscovered secret, but Paros is quieter than some of its neighbors, and a hotel like Cove Paros does nothing to disturb that tranquility. It’s set just above the cove that gives it its name, and comprises some 45 luxurious, contemporary suites, each one provided with lavish bathrooms and plentiful outdoor lounge space — and the five signature suites come with private pools. The rest of the guests make do with the hotel’s impressive infinity pool, or find their way to the beach club for a sunset cocktail followed by dinner at RADA, the hotel’s impressive seaside restaurant.
