The Fontainebleau Las Vegas is inspired by the Floridian icon with which it shares its name, but as it’s 70 years younger and more than twice the size — to say nothing of its vast casino — it’s definitely its own beast. The accommodations are suitably lavish, and the amenities are correspondingly over-the-top, including the vast Lapis Spa, the six-acre pool deck, and the 3,800-seat theatre.
