Costa Navarino is a spectacular stretch of Ionian coastline in Messinia, on the west side of the Peloponnese; it’s home to a number of luxury resorts, but none as fun-loving as the W Costa Navarino. The brand’s light and playful style is very much in evidence, though the accommodations wisely opt for something a little warmer and more organic than the fluorescent-pink modernism we remember from the urban W hotels. A dazzling infinity pool and a lavish spa and wellness center are man-made complements to the beach, and there’s an 18-hole golf course a few minutes away.
