An expert cheesemaker has teamed up with French and Japanese chefs to offer Hong Kong’s first cheese omakase with 12 courses that combine French artisan cheeses with Japanese culinary art. The tasting menu juxtapose different taste profiles and textures for a genuine fine dining experience.
