MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
You can’t go wrong with either the à la carte dishes of your choice or the set menu left up to the owner-chef. The menu consists of dishes with a seasonal theme and the choice is wide: you’ll find everything from simple items like tai tsukuri with ponzu, and broiled anago, to others with a little extra touch, like white asparagus and shrimp cooked with sesame, and tai and shirako shabu-shabu.
