MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The owner-chef apprenticed himself to a master of kaiseki cuisine, then opened this Japanese restaurant with its very accessible atmosphere. In addition to his omakase, he puts much effort into his line-up of à la carte dishes; even the beautifully arranged hassun dishes can be ordered individually. The rice served in the earthenware pot it was cooked in, together with guji or tai, is popular. Starting with a cup of sake, savour the changes the seasons bring.
