In a street teeming with restaurants and art galleries, Semilla ("seed" in Spanish) is a bistro with an exceptionally friendly atmosphere and trendy, industrial-style decor. In the kitchen, which opens directly onto the restaurant floor, a young and enthusiastic team work exclusively with fresh, selected produce: sea bream ceviche, leche de tigre, quince confit with hibiscus and kohlrabi; roasted cod, Granville cockles, Roscoff onion, Poiré sauce. Delicious and brilliantly done!
