On entering, you will admire the kitchen where the chef, who learned the ropes in nine countries, enjoys explaining his philosophy. He rolls out a 3-, 5- or 7-course surprise menu – the latter of which provides the best insight into a globetrotting tasting journey that spans numerous world cuisines.
