The interior sports a chic brasserie look (red and black chairs, black lacquered tables, exposed beams and stonework). Diners flock here for the serious bistronomic cuisine steeped in Gallic tradition, just like at L'Escudella, the other venture born of the partnership between chef Rémi Poulain and Anthony Rivière. Dishes include breast of free-range chicken stuffed with savory, pomme darphin (sort of hash brown) and foie gras sauce; fig tartlet, whipped vanilla cream and walnut ice cream.
