It’s been over 10 years since Mark Jordan opened his eponymous restaurant in Beaumont, on the road between St Helier and St Aubin. The bright and airy dining room helps to bring the feel of the beachside location inside, while the menu offers a range of modern British classics. There’s a Mediterranean influence to many of the dishes, as well as strong combinations of flavours.
