The launch of The MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2022 on Wednesday 16th February saw 19 new One MICHELIN Stars, 5 new Two MICHELIN Stars and 1 new Three MICHELIN Star awarded.
Three MICHELIN Stars – the ultimate accolade – are awarded to chefs at the peak of their profession: those with supreme craftsmanship and mastery over produce, flavours and textures; those who can take not only the most luxurious of ingredients but also the simplest, and turn them into something sublime; those who elevate cooking to an art form, and whose dishes are often destined to become classics.
L’Enclume – which is also celebrating its twentieth year – joins just seven other restaurants as a worthy winner of Three MICHELIN Stars.
