In place of the former Ferme Saint-Simon (an institution dating back to 1933), Gaya by Pierre Gagnaire is depicted by up-to-date cuisine with a preference for fish (tartare of red tuna, beef and smoked eels, skate wings à la meunière), but that is not all. The décor is emblematic of a smart brasserie.
