MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This former railway warehouse has been turned into a sustainable farm restaurant with greenhouses and an organic vegetable garden by a group of four partners judiciously teamed up with two local winegrowers. They serve fresh and fortifying cuisine, based on ingredients sourced locally or from the garden. A very pleasant locavore and ecological approach. A pleasant place.

Sustainable gastronomy
Processing the raw produce from our organic vegetable garden, making our own bread, fermentation techniques, smoking and cooking around the fire: we do our utmost to be as self-sufficient as possible. Our restaurant is a place for inhabitants to eat and meet, and our cuisine is directly inspired by nature, which we strive to protect on a daily basis.
