This pleasant find is the work of a chef born in Grenoble of Italian descent who has done stints in top establishments: Guy Savoy, George V. He rustles up well-crafted, up-to-the-minute dishes sourced from local producers (fish, vegetables from Bonifacio and Corsican veal). Reasonable prices.
