Sustainable gastronomy
The produce featured on our menu is for the most part a reflection of the Auvergne land and comes via short supply chains, market gardening and organic farming. Our logic continues beyond the plate, since we only use eco-friendly cleaning products and we make our teams aware of sorting and composting.
