MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
A professional operation in every sense of the word, plus a surprising location on the first floor of a central Modernist-style building which has been completely renovated. Tables are arranged in different parts of the restaurant, which boasts a contemporary minimalist-style decor with a profusion of wood and exposed brick. The well-prepared dishes focus on traditional, seasonal cuisine with à la carte options, plus set menus and interesting wine pairings. The owner, a professional sommelier from France, sell wines to take home from his well-stocked cellar.
