MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This unique restaurant started life as a simple “guachinche” (an unassuming family eatery serving home cooking and its own home-produced wine) before evolving into what the owner-chef, Jorge Bosch, refers to as a “gastro-guachinche”. It features a rustically inspired dining room, a pleasant terrace, plus a well-maintained garden with a chillout zone which is used for private events. The contemporary cuisine on offer here is informal and highly personal, making use of products from the Canary Islands in order to reinvent island cuisine and to rediscover its authentic flavours.
