In this gorgeous inn, a winning father-and-daughter team conjures up modern takes on classic dishes. Diners can opt for a surprise menu (a little smaller at lunchtime than in the evening) or order à la carte. Incidentally, they smoke the salmon themselves. Well-stocked wine list.
