Housed within one of the city’s most prestigious hotels, this bistrot unites elegance and informality, establishing itself as one of the capital’s principal gathering points, ideal equally for an aperitif or a quick bite. In the summertime, the broad and pleasant outdoor terrace is a delight, framing a bright glass structure reminiscent of a large gazebo, with bistrot appeal and a retro touch. The gastronomic proposal, ranging across land and sea, celebrates seasonal vegetables and local produce, with occasional refined nods to French cuisine.
