MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This warm bistro, which aims to work with local produce, is in tune with the environment and the seasons. In the kitchen, chef Aerts adds the occasional international tang together with the distinctive flavour of his Mibrasa charcoal oven. The menu ranges from crunchy shrimp fritters to Asian-inspired street food. Amusing, trendy and, above all, scrumptious!
