MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A legendary Japanese restaurant in São Paulo which opened in 1988 and is nowadays one of the favoured eateries for the many loyal fans of this type of cuisine in the city. What is particularly striking here is the speed with which the chefs and their team work despite the extensive menu and the volume of dishes they have to prepare. The usuzukuri (finely and perfectly sliced carpaccio of wild salmon) comes highly recommended.
