MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A small, informal, taverna-style restaurant that is particularly welcoming, in part thanks to a dining space that successfully blends the use of day-to-day decoration (ceramic detail, plates, a large blackboard etc) with modernity. The cuisine prepared by the serious, self-taught chef Rodrigo Castelo, who is obsessed with the provenance of his ingredients in order to understand them better, is based around an extensive à la carte of well-prepared regional dishes that always aim to introduce new sensations and flavours to guests. Innovative detail with a local touch!
