MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
It is hardly surprising that this restaurant is so popular. As well as charming and attentive service, diners are drawn by the regionally influenced cuisine conjured up by chef-patron Sven Molitor. Made using carefully selected ingredients, his dishes reveal talent and good craftsmanship. They are down-to-earth, but also show a certain finesse here and there. On the menu, for example, the delicious spinach and cheese dumplings will whet your appetite.
