MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
At the beginning of March, chef Tobias Schmitt took over the reins here, having previously worked for several years as sous-chef at Lafleur in Frankfurt. A table by the window is your best bet – or eat outside on the terrace, where the view of the Rhine and the cathedral is particularly impressive.
