You can be sure of a high culinary standard at Hotel Stein, thanks to chef-patron Mike Schiller and his Mediterranean-inspired classic dishes. These are proposed in the form of an appealing à la carte menu, alongside a range of "Meisterwerken" ("masterpieces"), such as bouillabaisse, and daily specials, such as tri-tip cut of Wagyu beef. While the vegetarian "Garden Menu" is always available, the "Classic Menu" and seasonal "Special" need to be ordered in advance. Out on the restaurant floor, the friendly maître d', Melanie Stein-Schiller, is in charge of service.
