MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Sarah Henke and Christian Eckhardt were both working in Andernach until recently (she at YOSO, he at PURS). Now they have set up shop in Boppard to delight diners with their exciting culinary concept, which revolves around dishes to share. The menu features a broad selection of their personal favourites, from sashimi and beef tartare to spicy prawns. Other options are regional specialities, Asian and Korean-influenced fare, Italian pasta dishes, and pizza from the large Morello Forni brick oven that stands in the centre of the chic, modern dining space.
