MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Originally from Nice, the young chef moved to the region with his Breton wife after several stints abroad. He showcases local ingredients in really delicious cooking, inspired by the sea and the mountains: tarte fine façon pissaladière with roast blood pudding, corb steak and beurre monté with locally grown lemons.
