MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The star restaurant (formerly in the village) has temporarily set up shop in a magnificent historic edifice. Chef Laurent Deconinck offers a single menu with eight stages, featuring flawlessly fresh ingredients, sophisticated recipes and spot on blends of flavours. The restaurant terrace, located in a former barn, commands a lovely view of the valley. The handsome dining room sports a modern colour scheme of greys. The chef's commitment
While the short supply chains we use guarantee that we work with the best local and seasonal produce, our ambition for sustainability is reflected in every aspect of our cuisine. Recycling is pushed to the maximum, packaging now excludes plastic in favour of glass or stainless steel, and the little food waste we have is given to the animals kept in our gardens.
