MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This handsome little 17C château and charming 15C manor house are set in grounds on the banks of the River Loir. The elegant dining room and pleasant terrace overlooking the valley set the scene for the new chef's modernised cuisine. He chooses quality ingredients and delivers technically sound dishes, which can be accompanied by fine wines (the wine list is, for the most part, devoted to regional tipples).
