MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Guillaume Roget has crossed the bay to settle in Ciboure next to the port: a well-chosen location for a restaurant called "storm" (ekaitza in Basque). A bright interior with spaced-out tables and an open kitchen at the back. Come for an accomplished celebration of Basque produce, in which bold combinations are tried out and reliably good sauces do the rest. The "Arnoa" menu (five courses) is prepared according to the wines chosen by the customer.
