MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This former 16C presbytery is now home to a restaurant with a vegetable garden, which provides the chef with plenty of produce as well as inspiration for his surprise menus and modern cuisine occasionally imbued with Japanese touches. His yoghurt and Melonette squash tartlet is a real highlight. Natural wines.

The chef's commitment
We prioritise produce from Mont Saint-Michel Bay. Our set menus are based on the catch of the day, local market garden harvests and our own kitchen garden, as well as wild-picked ingredients. Everything is seasonal and house-made (the vinegars, fermented foods, cured meats, jams served at breakfast) and the wines are natural.
