MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Skipping a generation, Errico has now taken over from his grandmother Andreina at the helm of this restaurant. Having studied the mechanics of grilling and barbecuing, he has made the spit which greets guests when they enter the restaurant the focus of his cuisine. Creative dishes from the Marche, which the chef describes as “neo-rural”, served in an elegant country house with an open fireplace and garden. Attractive small lounge for post-dinner cigars or digestifs.
