Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
Perched high on a rocky outcrop, since 2002 this 10C fortress has been the stronghold of two chefs who confidently craft a classical culinary repertory defined by regional ingredients. Three menus with three to five courses and an à la carte selection leave diners spoilt for choice. Spot-on seasoning and fantastic sauces set the scene, together with a selection of local tipples curated by the owner herself.
