It’s part of the market’s redevelopment project, and while it looks like a heritage building, it’s a contemporary re-creation — and the hotel inside, although it’s full of homages to the architectural era that inspired it, is as modern as they come. A spa features a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a fitness center. Café Willem Albert is an all-day restaurant and bar, joined by a bakery and a rooftop terrace.

Excellent professional and friendly service. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. A good breakfast too.
