Our cuisine is an authentic reflection of the land of Picardie Maritime. The produce we work with is sourced from local and responsible artisans and producers who respectfully pay tribute to our land. In addition to these ingredients, which dictate our menu on a daily basis, we make our own bread and butter and have made the decision to offer micro-filtered rather than bottled water.
