MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
With only seven tables, the restaurant is reminiscent of a family-style operation. The three owners from the Chaoshan region are keen to feed diners authentic food from their hometown. Deep-fried Puning tofu is served with mint leaves that refresh the palate. Certain items need pre-ordering, including marinated raw shrimp. Also try their homemade chrysanthemum wine and fruit-and-floral wine. Reservations compulsory.
