MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

In this charming inn on the edge of a forest, the Basque Country – where the chef is from – meets fine produce from the Ardennes. The result is tasty and well - produced dishes, such as the deboned squab à l'ancienne, stuffed with foie gras: the chef's speciality.

We had a topdinner in this auberge. Ownercouple was very friendly, nice informal and welcoming. We loved the tastfull, rich and creative courses with a bouquet of ingredients. The winearrangement was very good chosen. We stayed that night in one of their guestrooms and enjoyed the great breakfast!
