A unique restaurant in a beautiful natural setting within the walls of an authentic castle. Its traditional à la carte showcases a contemporary touch in signature recipes such as the traditional mashed potato dish known as “revolconas” served with pork tongue, fried bacon and green peppers, and the delicious “Charra veal” oxtail meatballs stuffed with chestnuts.
