If, as well as enjoying a meal, you are keen to be part of a gastronomic experience, this restaurant is guaranteed to please. Although not overly spacious, this pleasant and informal restaurant is enthusiastically run by Jennise and Mario, a young couple with a desire to create highly personal and detailed contemporary cuisine based around quality ingredients, with most dishes made for sharing. We recommend the Nikkei-style sea bass with a ponzu broth, wasabi tobiko, corn and plankton, and the mouth-watering Saharan squid with pistachio, parmesan and a ginger and ink emulsion.
