MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Located in a handsome mansion, not far from the Chartreuse cellars, this tastefully redecorated brasserie, which boasts a fine wooden staircase leading up to the guestrooms, offers a patriotic line-up of Gallic fare, in which delicacies from Voiron feature prominently, such as cabbage stuffed with venison, free-range poultry with a Chartreuse-flavoured jus or the iced parfait, also perfumed with Chartreuse. Very pleasant welcome and service.
