A restaurant that has been in business for over five decades, having first opened its doors in 1964. The focus of the young chef in charge, who has a somewhat surprising professional background in the world of motor rallying, is on “culinary renewal”, mixing the traditional flavours of Andorra with modern-day creativity, top-quality ingredients, meticulous presentation and plenty of flavour. The focus here is mainly on locally sourced meat, with fresh fish dishes featuring as recommendations that don’t appear on the menu. Make sure you try the restaurant’s famous cannelloni and don’t forget to save space for the superb desserts!
