A modern, minimalist-style restaurant which started life as a gastro-bar and can now be considered a restaurant in its own right which has turned its modest appearance into a real virtue. The menu features contemporary cuisine with traditional roots, showcasing top-quality ingredients from the Cádiz region while also adding a hint of fusion style through the use of recipes and flavours from around the world. The restaurant also boasts a number of superb guestrooms, all of which are spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Attractive terraces, one beneath a portico, the other in the open air.
