MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A small restaurant run by two brothers, one of whom manages the dining room and the other the kitchen. The colourful dining room, accessed directly from the entrance, is contemporary in style but with a surprising simplicity. The menu features well-prepared modern cuisine based around traditional Cordoban cooking, with an interesting selection of market-inspired suggestions and specialities such as salmorejo, veal croquettes, cod gratin, mushroom parmentier, and the delicious deboned pig’s trotters.
