MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Although located away from the tourist section of the city, El Envero has fast developed a solid reputation and loyal clientele, who can dine to a backdrop of modern decor in the tapas bar, dining room and private section. The chef here has a passion for contemporary, seasonal cuisine, including daily suggestions, with a focus on organic produce from local vegetable gardens as well as different types of tuna, including a spectacular and delicious tuna tartare. Its name refers to the moment at which grapes change colour as they begin to ripen.
