MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This elegant restaurant is located in a beautiful vaulted Gothic cellar and its intimate interior has a wonderfully historic feel. Richly flavoured dishes use luxury ingredients and French techniques but also have a touch of Nordic minimalism to them; some are finished at the table with a theatrical flourish.
