MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Named after Hotel D’Angleterre’s 1755 founder, this stylish restaurant boasts a floor to ceiling wine cellar and views out over the Royal Square. Precisely prepared dishes are modern in their presentation but built on a classical French base. They also offer an extensive caviar collection.
