The “instinctive cuisine” served at this restaurant, which comes from a deep knowledge of the region, is inspired by tradition and yet is constantly evolving. At Dama restaurant, guests create their own tasting menu following an unconventional approach in which spices from distant lands are combined with fish and vegetables to create top-quality dishes full of flavour.
