The name is a play on words referring to the reeds (roseaux) on the banks of the Louet, overlooked by this restaurant's delightful terrace. Quail eggs, Comté cheese and courgettes make for a fresh, well-seasoned dish; tender Duroc pork chop cooked rare, served with Noirmoutier new potatoes and vegetables – chef Tony Pasquier (formerly of Casa Corneille in the centre of Angers) knows the ingredients and the seasons inside out. He has a knack for coming up with mouth-watering dishes for you to enjoy in this bright, modern space.
