Now, this is simple, well-made fare that does justice to its ingredients (the chef uses short supply chains as much as possible): guinea fowl and black Gascon pork charlotte, artichoke cream, full-bodied gravy and fresh mushrooms. No doubt about it, this typical Toulouse farmhouse is a haven for foodies! On sunny days, make the most of the terrace beneath the wisteria.
